Refund Policy

All digital products sold by Goopi & Daloo are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of instant-access downloads (PDFs, templates, PNGs), we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is complete.

Shipping Policy

All Goopi & Daloo products are digital unless otherwise stated. No physical items will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to download your product instantly or via email.

If you do not receive the link within 30 minutes, please contact info@goopianddaloo.com.

Future physical products (if any) will be shipped with clear timelines and tracking provided.
